what can i say.. life is eventful these days..4am.. about to sleep.. earliest this week so far... past 3 nights of alcohol fuelled fun have taken their toll on my rapidly ageing liver.. think i should go slow.. last time i consumed copious amounts of alcohol on a nightly basis was in manila.. but then I had a constitution 2 years younger and a nice king sized bed in a serviced apartment where i could sleep till noon undisturbed feeling cold and all.. the hostel bed gives a cooking-in-the-oven feeling that i dont think too much of.. Christian asked me today (met the bunch for dinner at Delhi) if I missed 'em business trips.. all i can say is.. HELL YEAH!!

Anyway iam not 20 and i should stop trying to act like i was.. this semester the way it has begun is quickly bearing an uncanny resemblence to the post IA semester of '99 (minus the chick ofcourse) and no will NOT let it happen this time..

On the flipside.. it has been a hell a lot of fun.. and the year ones are gonna make it a very interesting year I think.. these kids.. like the bunch of us kids more than 5 years ago.. they KNOW how to have fun.. yeah baby!!!!

And hey.. one of you reading this.. you have problems that dwarf mine.. hang in there eh.. just do what you have to and may God grant you the strength for it!!!

It is 530 am and am still wide awake.. been up drinking last 2 nights.. last night was up till 7am drinking and talking cock.. very interesting conversation i must concede... hope the message got through? ;)

But tonight again here iam... freshmen from mokos were in the mood to drink and have fun... so we did... and it was quite fun though very different from last night's version... good?? bad?? I know not..

Finally been catching up on my sleep.. haha.. didnt realise i was this old.. few days of IBG action and my body was coming apart.. phew.. now i feel a whole lot better and yeah.. iam gonna get fitter.. this aint some vain resolution.. this is an oath - watch it people!!!

On the mundane side.. had a looong chat with a couple of the year one girls in the block last night.. they were painting the block IBG banner and i was babysitting cum general erranding.. it was quite an interesting albeit surprising talk as they revealed what they thought about hall life based on their experience so far.. dammit, if everyone thinks like them we are getting everything wrong!! Soon everyone will run away from hall and block activities and we will be preaching to the walls.. is there a solution? I know not.. But personal opinion.. it all stems from the simple fact that the year one girls so far have not formed major cliques.. a matter of concern? I would think so.. cause the guys are totally cool.. chicks are just problematic eh.. we live and we learn........

Why do we ignore or worse, hurt the ones who actually give a damn about us.. while we care about and pine for others who do not reciprocate such feelings.. I think we all have some innate affinity for emotinoal punishment.. we just can't have it any other way..

Yeah - we had block initiation last night.. was quite fun.. pretty fun getting the blindfolded freshmen to do all kinds of shit.. what was even funnier (in a sqad sort of way) was how the buayas had their fun.. you see, its ok to toy with the girls and have fun.. if it is ALL the girls indiscriminately.. however, if it is only with a selected few, ah then you see, matters turn out slightly different.. well anyway, long story short.. my block comm tenure is almost over.. and i cant wait for it to finish.. ha ha.. magnificient slacking is me next year..

Still gotta do the block funds thing.. dammit.. jacky and his cock receipts right at the end.. grrrhhh

Alright - after ages felt the urge to blog.. he he.. not really urge.. more like inclination.. whatever you call it eh..

FWOC is over.. it was fun though it could have been better.. nothing much has changed except for a few kgs lost.. school has started proper.. but i've only attended 1 lecture so far.. the dean's list plan is already slipping away.. he he.. gonna study damn hard damn soon..

Oh yeah, the year ones seem to be quite a fun bunch.. from the looks of it so far, they are a happening lot..

Plans to infuse some life into the block are proceeding fine.. some of us went to zouk last night.. it was hell a lot of fun.. well, mostly.. there was this minor aberration.. ha ha.. overall, I think this year could be interesting.. academically and otherwise.. watch this space! :P
